“Co je Warszawa?” ("What does Warsaw eat? / what's up Warsaw?") is a illustrated book about cuisine specyfic to the polish capital, presenting dishes such as Wuzetka, tripe soup or Wereszczaka. The aim of the publication is to recall and document dishes associated with Warsaw region, many of which are slowly becoming forgotten and disappearing from our tables. In addition to the recipes, the book also includes short descriptions explaining the history of each of the eighteen dishes.
